How Do You Keep Dry During this rainy season?

If you are going to somewhere for a morning walk or going to somewhere for more than an hour or  trek or going to somewhere out site in this rainy season for a long tour, you are not sure what time it will rain at this season. So almost if you have to carry an umbrella, poncho or some waterproof to be protected from rain.
